Problem description: The battery level display is 

abnormal, at 1% (red). The health status is not 

displayed, and the issue persists after restarting.

Cause analysis:

The battery level display is abnormal, indicating that

there is a problem with the connection between the 

phone and the CK battery. Communication between 

the CK battery and the original BMS cannot be 

established, so the health level is not displayed.

1. Possible cause: The CK battery and phone 

connection buckle are loose.

Solution: Tighten the CK battery and phone buckle 

again,restart the phone to solve the problem.

2. Possible cause: CK battery hardware malfunction.

Solution: Replace the CK battery with another phone. If 

thebattery level still cannot be displayed properly, apply 

for after-sales warranty,send the CK battery back to 

analyze the cause, and replace it with a good one.
