Problem description: The battery level display is 

normal (upper right corner of the screen). The

 health status is not displayed, and the issue

persists after restarting.

Cause analysis:

1. The battery level display is normal, indicating that the 

connection between the phone and the CK battery is 

normal.

2. If the health status is not displayed, it indicates 

that the communication between the CK battery

and the original protective board is interrupted.

2.1 Possible cause: The buckle connection between 

the CK battery and the original BMS is loose.

Solution: Tighten the CK battery and the original BMS

again, restart the phone to solve the problem.

2.2 Possible cause: The original BMS is 

damaged, resulting in communication failure.

Solution: Replace the CK battery with another phone. 

If it works properly, it indicates that the battery is 

functioning properly. The previous original BMS is 

damaged.

2.3 Possible causes: CK battery hardware or 

software malfunction.

Solution: Replace the CK battery with another phone.

If the health status still cannot be displayed, apply 

for after-sales warranty, send the CK battery back 

to analyze the cause, and replace it with a good one.
